Horadada Bowls Club was established in 2006 after the local council, Pilar de la Horadada agreed to fund the construction of the bowling greens at the local community Deportivo.
Community operated Club
The club is run and managed, for the entire community, by a committee which is elected each year by the members of the Bowls club
Club is situated in the town of Pilar de la Horadada, Alicante, just south of Torrevieja, was completed in the summer of 2006, after a 6 year struggle by Len Chance, Club President. The artificial green, laid by Greengauge, is incorporated in the municipal sports complex.
