Buena Vista medium sized urbanisation of just over 350 properties next to La Marina 5 star camping site 15 minute walk from the sandy beach officially part of Guardamar
If you are looking to purchase in this area do have a look at urb Buenavista for a comparison to the larger sites. Its much smaller, roughly 350 houses. Flat and great for limited mobility. Only 1 bar and pool but you can walk in 3 minutes to the 5 star Camp site and the beach is 10 minutes walk and 3 mins in the car.
You can walk to the market and supermarkets Aldi, Mercadona etc as there is an underpass 10 minutes away.
If you are thinking of buying you have to balance what you want-peace and quiet v a large urb -as others have said, rent first but have a good look around-good luck

During the winter months Quiz nights are held on the first Tuesday of the month. Live football is also screened, although the commentary is in Spanish.
