Defibrillator that are in the San Fulgencio La Marina area on the Costa Blanca very essential equipment when needed for heart attacks

Defibrillators has been brought to my attention that where these are is not well known so we are trying to gather together the info where they are situated?

So far I have discovered The Men’s Shed
UPDATE they have not yet finished fundraising so they can purchase one.

For your information the men’s shed does not have a defibrillator yet they are in the process of asking for permission with the heath department and the town hall if they can have one, you cannot just get one, there are procedures to follow

Each ticket we sell 4 Euros per ticket towards the Defibrillator

we have various ticket options for you all

thank you and we hope to see the community rally together on this one as we hope we may not need to use this equipment but it is a life saving piece of equipment and available for the urb to use !!

At the moment 2 Local Police cars are equipped.

These vehicles have the green logo “vehículo equipado con defribilador” on them. (confirmed)

Another Defibrillator is at municipal swimming pool in San Fulgencio village. (confirmed) Google Map

The Council also have one on the urbanisation sport centre (confirmed) Google Map

A Defibrillator is also at “centro de salud” of the urbanizaciones. The Natioal Health Centre But this is not a mobile one, valid only for patient in de centre Google Map

The Bar Guardamar Park Rincon de Luna. Has a Defibrillator 10 metres from the bar A member of staff is trained in its use, also 5 people that live on the site just behind the bar are trained, Defibrillator is fully maintained and fully charged. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1044393116054700

A learnt a rather interesting fact from them, that being that as soon as the Defibrillator is taken from the wall and turned on the system sends an immediate message to the Ambulance Centre to alert them that that Help is needed.
