El Pinet Beach bar and chairs on El Pinet beach in the La Marina area near Alicante is 28 km from El Pinet. Alicante Airport is 22 km for those without a car a bus runs to here
EL Pinet is located in a small quiet town not far from the airport. The village is not that large with small local shops.
The beach is long and sandy with beach bars. The Large Mercadona grocery store was only a 10 minute drive through town and had everything we needed.

In the video you can see the lifeguards on patrol plus the bus departing back to the village and then the Urb. All this is between 09.30 and 11.00 on a Sunday morning
