1 Cauliflower – 1 2. Peas – 1/2cup 3. Onion 1 Medium
Ginger garlic crushed Half Tsp
Saunf 1/2 Tsp ( You can replace it with cumin seeds)
Chilli powder(Mixed) –
One Tbsp ( Mixed one is Chilli powder + coriander powder (1:1.5))
Salt as required Oil as required

Gobi masala veggie recipe cauliflower masala Recipes
Prep Time for this veggie recipe: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins Servings: 4 persons Ingredients
Oil – 2 tbsp
Whole Spices *Cinnamon
Fennel Seeds -1/4 tsp
Pounded Ginger Garlic – 4 nos. garlic & 1 piece of ginger
Sliced Onion 4 nos. Chopped Green Chilli 1 nos. Sliced Tomato – 2 nos. Salt- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder -2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cauliflower – 1 no. Water – 1 1/2 cups Coriander Leaves
Method for veggie recipe Gobi Matar:
Take a wide-pan and add oil. Add the whole spices. Add fennel seeds and onions. Stir till the onions till they are golden brown in color.
Add the pound ginger-garlic paste. Now Add the chopped green chilli. Add the tomatoes.
After the tomatoes get mushy, add salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.
Add the cut up florets of one large cauliflower.
Add water. Close and cook for 10 mins. Make sure the masala is thick. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve the Gobi Masala veggie recipe hot with Rotis and Phulkas.
