The Tourist Train on youtube – Tren Turistico, is a popular means of getting about. Gran Alacant train takes a circular route around Gran Alacant stopping at all the popular and local places.
This Gran Alacant train a round hop-on, hop-off trip starting point is The Commercial Centre, starts at 09.40 returning one hour later having completed the tour of Gran Alacant including the beach. So hop-off at the Main Shopping Centre with all its shops etc., and catch the next train back an hour later.
On the one ticket you can hop-on and hop-off Gran Alacant train as many times as you want travelling in the same once around circular route.
Do not forget to hop-off at the commercial centre with all its shops etc., and catch the next train back an hour later.
Unlike the buses, the tourist train runs on a Sunday. The timetable for winter is less frequent that for the summer season.
