The Tourist Train – Tren Turistico, is a popular means of getting about. It takes a circular route around Gran Alacant stopping at all the popular and local places.
This round hop-on, hop-off trip starting point is The Commercial Centre, starts at 09.40 returning one hour later having completed the tour of Gran Alicant including the beach. So hop-off at the Main Shopping Centre with all its shops etc., and catch the next train back an hour later.
On the one ticket you can hop-on and hop-off as many times as you want travelling in the same once around circular route.
Do not forget to hop-off at the commercial centre with all its shops etc., and catch the next train back an hour later.
Unlike the buses, the tourist train runs on a Sunday. The timetable for winter is less frequent that for the summer season

Lots to see lots to do from Supermarkets, Estate Agents, fast food outlets, petrol stations, restaurants and plenty more places of interest.
Located about 10 kilometres from Alicante airport and part of the Gran Alacant urbanisations this shopping centre is a good size and worth a visit if you are ever in the area.
A few more kilometres and you are at an extensive beach front again well worth the visit.
